Europe Direct Norfolk
Europe Direct Norfolk is part of a network of information centres in the UK and
across the European Union. We are setting up a new service in Norfolk to provide
information about the European Union (EU) and its citizens at a local level. We
can help with general questions on every aspect of the European Union and can
put you in touch with relevant specialist services if appropriate. We have
resources to take away about the European Union’s activities and policies. We
also organise events and activities to make the public aware of the EU.
We can help with any of the following enquiries
- EU facts and figures
- How EU decisions affect the UK
- Travelling, studying and working or retiring in EU countries
- Information on residency and settled status in the UK
- Information on funding opportunities and signposting to other organisations
who can help
- European legislation and directives
- How the EU works
- Free publications, brochures and guides on all aspects of the EU
- Bulk ordering of publications for schools and other groups
During 2018 we will have a major launch event for this new service and we will
set up a walk-in information centre in Norwich as well as developing on-line
tools and resources.
